Accziom is a comprehensive client engagement suite tailored for Australian service providers such as accountants, bookkeepers, advisors, and lawyers. It streamlines client interactions through CRM, Contracts, Briefings, and Billing modules, integrating seamlessly with platforms like Xero and QuickBooks to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Since November 2023, I've worked with the team to design the platform, including the product features, user experience, user interfaces and brand.

Core Modules and Features:

1. CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
   
   • Supported entities: Individuals, Sole Traders, Companies, Partnerships, Super Funds, Trusts, Complex Structures.‍
   • One login: A person can be part of multiple entities. All assets can be managed with one login in one place.‍
   • Client portal: A dedicated portal accessible via mobile, tablet or desktop.‍
   • Magic links: Your clients don’t have to create an account to receive and sign a proposal.‍
   • Onboarding: Easily onboard new clients and allow them to complete or check all entity details.‍
   • Groups: Batch legal entities together. Contract and bill one entity, apply other entities as the service recipients.‍
   • Synchronise: Accziom can synchronise with your clients in either QuickBooks or Xero
   • Import: You can import clients from LodgeiT, including groups and complex structures.

2. Contracts:
   
   • Templates: Services, Bundles, Agreements, Emails, Reminders, and Service Scope can all be set up as templates.
   • Send Proposals: Send proposals in minutes.
   • Adjust services: Tweak service descriptions and prices and add custom items when writing a proposal.
   • Digital Signatures: Utilising blockchain technology.
   • PDF Contracts: Contracts are automatically emailed to the client as PDFs and can be downloaded from Accziom.

3. Briefings:
   
   • Templates: Setup templates and snippets (a set of questions) you can insert into briefings.
   • Structure: Organise a briefing into sections, subsections and questions. Everything is numbered for easy reference.
   • Autosave: No data gets lost.
   • Automated reminders: Set reminder emails if your client becomes inactive or past the due date.
   • Questions: The client can email regarding specific questions from within the briefing.
   • Storage: All briefings are stored in the CRM.
   • Supported fields: Text, Number, Email, Phone, Address, date, date range, rich text, Instruction fields (rich text), tick boxes, select one option, toggle info, toggle sections, file upload, data tables and digital signature.

4. Billing:
   
   • Billing terms: Choose from single payment, deposit and final payment or instalments.
   • Bill items together or individually: You can single out specific services and bill them separately with their own billing terms.
   • Payment methods: Send a traditional invoice for processing or require direct payment via bank transfer or credit card.
   • Don’t bill: You can use Accziom for contracts only and turn off billing.
   • Show/hide contract value: You may not want to show the cost of individual service items.
   • Adjust price totals: Set a discount or markup. Discounts are shown to clients in the Contract Value section; markups are not.
   • Choose direct debit type: Ability to accept bank transfers, credit card payments, or both.
   • Fee pass-through: Charge direct debit and credit card fees to your clients.
