User journey mapping

During my two-year contract with CommSec Adviser Services, I created a visual map of the complex account application process that previously lacked documentation. This mapping encompassed all sub-paths based on the entity type, account application type, and other factors. This visual aid proved valuable during workshops, enabling stakeholders, business analysts, and programmers to visualize proposed changes and updates to the system while ensuring that all use cases were considered.
