SPM needed an easy and quick way to manage their client's Records of Advice. We started from their initial briefing document and current web design as the style guide. After several online sessions, we derived a detailed functional specification from what was required. From here, I drafted some lo-fi wireframes to explore further solutions for managing templating and status updates, leading to the hi-fi designs in line with the SPM brand.
